How long does shipping take for bulk orders?
Standard processing takes 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs.
Do you provide sterilization certificates?
Yes, we can provide material mill certificates and sterilization records upon request for our titanium and surgical steel ranges to ensure they meet professional piercing standards.
What is your return policy for defective items?
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn jewellery. However, if you receive a manufacturing defect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
