At Wholesale Body Jewellery, your satisfaction is our priority, but due to health and safety regulations, we can only accept returns on unopened and factory-sealed items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all products remain in their original heat-sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify that your items are still in their original, tamper-evident sealed packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in a padded envelope or box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the seal integrity, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
